Union of the Baltic Cities Safe Cities Commission has produced three short animation movies about safety at home. As the Union of the Baltic Cities includes around 100 cities from the Baltic Sea Region, these animation movies were made without an actual word spoken, so that they can be clear for everyone.

In order to prevent drunk driving during the biggest Latvian Midsummer celebration we created a simple tool: send a text to your drunken friend if he/she attempts to drive while intoxicated. By entering friend’s name and phone number the recipient got the SMS from his/her future self. In 2011 speed cameras were introduced to Latvian drivers, but as it soon turned out – it wasn't for the noble cause of speeding elimination but was a cheeky money making scheme and it wasn't the country that won in this war. We started a social campaign–The National Radar. The idea: take your old fridge, make it look like radar and place it on a highway where it doesn't interfere with traffic. We only started a Facebook page to promote it but in couple of weeks the campaign was all over the news. This clip was made to mark the 60th anniversary of the basketball club “VEF Riga”. The creative idea evolves around the tricky relationship that basketball has with the time. Everything’s better with cherries. Everyone who travels with airBaltic already knows that tickets with cherries are better – they mean discounts for flights and probably a champagne 11 kilometers up in the air. Panic studio brought those small, hard- to-find, but widely loved cherries to life, gave them a tiny dose of common sense and a large portion of humour – this way creating series of videos for airBaltic where cherries are waiting for the right moment to go on juicy adventures.
