Through today’s technology, frozen fish can actually be better quality than “fresh fish.” New processes in the fishing industry have allowed fish to be frozen straight from the boat within hours of being caught – preserving the taste, texture and nutritional benefits – compared to fish sold at “fresh markets,” which often has a week or more long journey to store shelves, and a long decaying process. However, many people don’t know or think about this, and have prejudice to include frozen fish in their diet. Every Friday night in Poland, thousands of students return home from University bearing an unpleasant gift for their mothers: bags of dirty laundry. To address this problem, we developed a new product: a series of self-washing t-shirts with tearful Moms. The print on each t-shirt contained Tide washing powder. By simply tossing the t-shirt into the washer, the mom's tears of despair disappeared and cleaned the load. This lesson taught students that washing their own clothing is easy with Tide. The T-shirts were distributed among the mothers whose kids were about to leave for the studies away from home. Women in Poland are hearing the word NO too often. In contrary, the YES brand wants them to hear YES more often. In their latest campaign I am a Woman featuring Aleksandra Żebrowska and Katarzyna Zillmann, among others, says YES and gives a tribute to all the women, their diversity, courage, independence, strength, emotions, and sensitivity. Only TVP public television in Poland, control of the right-wing Law and Justice (PiS) party said NO to the campaign created by 180heartbeats + JUNG v MATT agency. The campaign introduces five extraordinary figures from Generation Z to a wider audience. The actions of young activists, who create mostly on the Internet, are often downplayed while their voice is not heard. Zalando has decided to empower their voices and help them reach the public traditionally, but also unconventionally: by capturing the heroes of the campaign in very special portraits, painted by artist Justyna Grodecka - a representative of Generation Z herself. Physical images don’t fade away - they stay forever. Just like the values held by these young activists. Lech Free has been promoting physical activity through unconventional campaigns for years. After a series of training sessions on Facebook dedicated for the current situation, time has come to take a step further, and according to the brand’s slogan show that Lechgends can do anything. Brand ambassadors equipped with mats, loudspeakers and lots of non-alcoholic Lech Free beer, moved out to one of Warsaw’s districts. Their goal: joint warm up, which will give the People of Warsaw the energy for the day and inspire them to workout systematically. The brand engaged the Olympic medalist Damian Janikowski, and Natfit, the personal trainer. Once again the Lech Free brand proves that physical activity in quarantine is not reserved for professional athletes - everyone needs it, to stay in shape regardless of the unfavorable conditions.
