We sold our new collection in the first online shop you can pay with likes: The Strellson Like Shop. All you had to do to get an new outfit was: create a personalized post and collect Likes on Facebook. Every customer became a multiplier and each post a free ad for Strellson. These posters come from the great love of H-57 for Star Wars and typography. We chose the three most important characters from the saga of George Lucas’ – Star Wars (Darth Vader, Yoda and a Stormtrooper) and decided to only use typographic elements for our project. Thanks to the appreciation and support of Lucasfilm, posters were put up for sale on ebay, donating the entire proceeds to the Make-A-Wish Italy, non-profit organization that realizes the wishes of children with serious illnesses. Each individual character had 300 copies printed on paper, which were then stamped and numbered. A large event was then held in Milan where the special limited edition posters printed on canvas were sold (11 copies per character). The whole project was made possible thanks to the passion and commitment of Lucasfilm and Make-A-Wish Italy and also the generosity of all those who bought the poster. Thanks to all. Jeep is built to escape the concrete jungle. But how can we give urban people a taste of what they can expect outdoors? Easy: We let them taste it. To find out how hungry people really were for adventure, we served something special: Jeep Snacks. Mealworms sweet & sour? Roasted black scorpion? Or a tarantula? These new snacks gave everyone an exotic taste of adventure. We challenged adventurers in shopping malls, railway stations, car parks, outdoor stores and Jeep Showrooms to taste our snacks and win an exclusive Jeep off-road training. Some of the excuses have been printed on t-shirts sent to about 200 opinion leaders, including journalists and influencers. When the shirts are laundered, the excuses disappear to reveal the message “Household chores are everyone’s chores.” A small number of shirts were also sold on an online pop-up store, enabling people to send them as a “gift” to a partner or significant other. In an industry first, john st. has launched a new cat video division, specializing in the production, filming and seeding of cat videos. Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is armed to the teeth with innovative features that are so interesting for millennials in “freaky, quirky tik-toky videos” creation. Conventional 30 second or one-minute commercial can’t convey these features fully. Hopefully, our target audience eager to ironize on retro music, fashion, style and all so called “VHS era”. So we chose TV shop format for Galaxy Note 10 promotion with classic glitches, overacting and heavy hair sprayed TV hosts. As a result, target audience perceived the brand as “something native who can make fun of itself” and demonstrated high engagement. Hardly surprising, because the commercial was voiced by Kurazh Bombei – the well-known voice actor who narrated “Big Bang theory”, “How I met your mother” and other popular shows in CIS countries.
