Street Musician's Day (Gatvės Muzikos Diena) is an annual music event which was initiated by Lithuanian musician and actor Andrius Mamontovas. Anyone, who plays any instrument, no matter whether one can play several chords or are professional musicians, may become a participant of the festival. To show that anyone can play any instrument and anyone is welcome no matter how good he/she is, we made this experiment and played music with hair. A material that looks impossible to play with at first glance.

The title “Origins” came about as our way of paying homage to the pulse of Marmoset, to trace back the music to the people who make it all happen: our artists. They’re what keep us moving, their work is what inspires us — whether this be our roster artists or our own staff musicians. We’re infatuated with their stories, their backgrounds, struggles, and how they dream big. This was our way of saying, "we really like your music, thanks for letting us be one of your biggest fans." Our origins might be from Portland, but we’re always on the go, at the ready for collaboration in any city. No place is foreign to us, we’ll be there to deliver when a project needs great music.

Axe is known for its innovation and creativity within online and televised advertising, two media extremely powerful on the target, but above all two very complementary media. Even though many advertisers have connected these two dots, not much has been realized so far in this area. For the first time, the penetration of mobile internet on the younger male target in Belgium reaches relevant numbers. Shazam is the application they use and like the most. Idea: Using mobile as the connector between those two powerful media. Using Shazam injecting excitement and extra coolness into the campaign. A first in Europe. Digital advertisement created by Mindshare, Belgium for Axe, within the category: Health.

Despite a year of lockdowns and restricted travel, Australians have become even closer to their local communities, businesses and neighbours. While the pandemic has been isolating, it’s also had the effect of bringing people closer together and has fostered a collective mentality. Google products - from local business listings to Maps - have helped to play a role in this. To tell that story, Google tapped rising star Director Sanjay De Silva from production company, DIVISION. The simple story of a young woman out shopping is captured with the distinctive style De Silva has become known for, with immersive camera techniques and visual playfulness. Paired with music by Chris Valentine, the resulting film is a swagger-filled story told through community interactions. The delightful twist- that she is shopping to support an elderly neighbour- is a celebration of the resurgence of community spirit, and how the Google tools you use every day can help you help others. Film advertisement created by BBDO, Australia for Google, within the category: Electronics, Technology.

Project Trumpmore is aiming to demonstrate climate change in a monumental way. A Finnish NGO wants to commission a 115-foot tall ice sculpture of Donald Trump’s face in the arctic region to demonstrate that climate change is happening. The project was launched in April and has since managed to gather enormous international media attention and spark conversion about the topic. Only a small part of the population is active in the public discussion on environmental issues. The goal was to change that. With Project Trumpmore we wanted to generate discussions about global warming. Film advertisement created by SEK, Finland for Melting Ice Association, within the category: Public Interest, NGO.

Pazuzu is the king of all demons and the evil spirit in The Exorcist series. To promote its second season on social media, we programmed a bot to mimic Pazuzu’s personality and he was as our official community manager for a whole week. Besides the bizarre posts and the not so friendly replies, Pazuzu also threatened anyone who dared interact with FX. Any likes, comments or even page views, would make you receive a personal and “pleasant” message of our beloved demon. And the only way to stop the harassing, was confronting him on Messenger and exorcising FX’s fan page.

BBH New York and Google Creative Lab have collaborated in creating a web film that feature a variety of experiments to test the speed of the Google Chrome browser. There are a whole set of real tests that Google do in benchmarking the performance of Chrome. And then there are these: three quirky and playful tests in which Google Chrome is pitted against some very fast things: lightning, sound, and an over-sized potato gun. Rather than try and tell Internet users how fast Google Chrome is, the film demonstrates speed through testing it.
