Meow Mix®, the brand cats still ask for by name, is reimagining their iconic, addictive jingle with a twist for today’s music and cat fans. This week, a new feline-focused broadcast video introduces the legacy jingle in a modern remix. The soulful R&B version introduces us to Chanteuse ‘Luna’, who in true Diva-style even has a litter box full of diamonds. The ‘Meow ReMix’ music tracks also feature the Country version, ‘Heart & Paws’, the Latin version ‘Gatocito’ and the Metal mix, ‘Endless Hiss.’ All four music tracks will be available on meowmix.com, Spotify and YouTube, and are sure to have a whole new generation of fans meowing along. On the PR front, the idea was to find a unique way to put the product in the hands os 200 target opinion leaders from a blogger and celebrity pool. We downloaded the photos of these woman on social medias. We then designed custom personalized packaging featuring the same picture on both sides. Rethink worked with Molson Canadian to create the Stanley Cup® Batch, to give fans the chance to sip beer kissed by the Cup. Accompanied by Phil Pritchard, the Hockey Hall of Fame’s curator and official Keeper of the Cup, Molson Canadian welcomed the Stanley Cup® into the Molson Brewery. Following strict sanitization protocols, some fresh Molson Canadian from this limited batch was passed through the top bowl of the Cup during the brewing process so that this playoff season, Canadians can have the chance to celebrate like their hockey heroes – getting their own small taste from Lord Stanley’s Mug.
