By the age of 30, the average woman is charged an extra $40,000 because of the Pink Tax, which is the extra amount of money women are charged for everyday products and services. It's real and it's everywhere....and to take action, European Wax Center (EWC) is launching the next phase of its Clio award-winning #AxThePinkTax campaign to raise awareness about this gender price discrimination. Year two of this 360 campaign takes the brand's efforts one step further and encourages women everywhere to take active steps to claim their worth. From driving awareness to providing women with the information and tools they need to take action, European Wax Center is igniting a movement that is making the Pink Tax impossible to miss. We created a new way to promote Hispanic movies to Americans, who love our music. We wrote and produced reggaeton songs based on the plots of three movies from the Chicago Latino Film Festival. We aired them on different Chicago radio stations and played them dance clubs. At the end of each song, an announcer/DJ revealed to listeners that it wasn’t a song they just danced to, but the trailer of a movie featured at the festival. This summer, production and post company ELEMENT brought the famed Dunkin’ Donuts Coffee adage “America Runs on Dunkin” to life for America's most-loved on-the-go coffee beverages brand: a transportable tiny home sustained by Dunkin’ coffee-created biofuel.
