Bullying prevention social activist Monica Lewinsky has launched a new PSA which serves as a powerful exploration of bullying by recasting the issue and asking the question: “If this behavior is unacceptable in real life, why is it so normal online?” The film, created by BBDO New York, portrays people publicly acting out real online comments to illustrate that at the receiving end of every comment is a real person – a fact all too easy to forget in today’s online culture.

On behalf of Autism Speaks and The Ad Council, BBDO created a unique 3-D interactive installation, that brought to life the early indicators of autism. The installation featured a video of a little girl who exhibited key indicators of autism. Observers were able to directly affect her reactions through their own movements, as captured by a 3D camera. Once they stepped in front of the screen, it became clear from the girl's body language that she was not open to interaction as she averted her gaze. Additional signage informed the viewer that not making eye contact can be a sign of autism. While ISIS have seized headlines, the video tells the story not making the news : the horror endured by ordinary Syrians on a daily basis. With the death toll close to 200,000 Syria is now the most dangerous place in the world. The majority of civilian deaths can be attributed to "barrel bombs" - oil drums filled with explosives, chemical weapons, rusty nails dropped from Syrian regime helicopters onto populated areas. The same area is often hit twice, to ensure those coming to rescue the victims are also killed.

We needed to remind people of Ukraine about the war that is still happening in order to raise donations to the "Come Back Alive" volunteering fund. In the light of Smarthouse Films’ coming release of the feature film La Holandesa on April 26th, Wieden + Kennedy’s creative accelerator ‘The Kennedys’ developed the film poster, teaser and loglines. The creative kit will be launched today for the European premiere at the International Film Festival Rotterdam on January 26th.

India has the highest number of child laborers in the world, reporting child labor is a lengthy process and we wanted to ensure that it became a whole lot easier. Zomato has gained massive popularity as the food search engine of choice of many in our generation, we used this in our favor to create a campaign to get rid of child laborers working in restaurants across the country.
