Usually, what you live in a game, stays in the game. But for the launch of The Crew 2, we decided to change that. We invited gamers to download the beta version of the game and we then asked them to ride all over the open world and try to manage their best race and their most incredible stunts.

They then had to simply share their race with us directly, using the “share” button of their video game console, and we selected the most amazing one.

The player’s race was carefully studied and we spent time reproducing the exact map of his track in the real world. We had to pay attention to every background detail, in order to make it as similar as possible, so the player felt like he was living the exact same race. Finally, the chosen player had to face his IRL ride, with world record Red Bull pilot, Bryce Menzies.

In the midst of a “cold season”, we have launched an advertising campaign promoting Polyoxidonium, a medicine for cold and flu. During the exacerbation of viral diseases, many people stay home and lie in bed watching TV shows and new films, so the central element was a video stylized as a trailer for a catastrophe movie. We announced a new catastrophe film telling about a real flu apocalypse that worsens without Polyoxidonium! As part of the campaign, we supplemented the video with placements that are non-traditional for the pharmaceutical market: ad-trailer was shown on popular sites for online film watching and in thematic film communities on Vkontakte. The site of Kinopoisk was also branded. Dimensional constructions, posters and flyers stylized to match the announcements of the new film were placed in the Cinema Park and Formula kino movie theaters. Film advertisement created by Possible, Russia for Polioxidonium, within the category: Pharmaceutical.

From the first moment we've realized there was an unfulfilled potential highlighting the brands name. The advantages of having a wallet made of paper were clear - mainly thickness and being a canvas for artworks, but the concern of paper being not durable enough, made the path to the perfect material, an ideal issue to attack. Working with an art-oriented client allowed us to go wild with our vision which was tailor suited to the brands nature. Pure joy.

Sometimes when you own a home you can find yourself in an ugly situation where you need to sell it fast and move on with your life. In the first spot for HomeVestors®, we see a family living in a home with obvious foundation problems – everything is tilted. They are in their kitchen having dessert. The husband asks his wife to pass the pudding. When she sets the dish in front of him it slides off the table. The voiceover says, “When things get ugly call the We Buy Ugly Houses People.” The spot is resolved with a HomeVestors® employee showing the couple how he can help them by buying their house. The second spot involves an errant husband. Kiran, of The Cavalry Productions, directed these comedic spots (part of a 3-spot campaign) for the HomeVestors brand. Film advertisement created by Calise Partners, United States for HomeVestors, within the category: Professional Services.

The advertising industry has always contributed to a sexist culture, creating stereotypes like the “perfect mother” and the “sexy beer girl”. It's not surprising that 65% of women don’t identify with their portrayal in traditional advertising, even though they account for 85% of all consumer purchases. Ironic, but there is an explanation: women make up for only 20% of creatives in advertising agencies in Brazil. Troubled by this scenario, Laura Florence and Camila Moletta, creative leaders at Dentsu Aegis Network, created MORE GRLS. The first roadmap to female creative talent in advertising, design and content. Mapping talents is the first step towards changing this reality. We need to know and value the creatives that, despite the hostile environment, are still working in the field. It’s important to emphasize that it is not only a "portfolio showcase", it’s also a hub for journalists and festival organizers to find the best women for their editorials and jury panels - women also face low visibility and participation in awards. The platform (www.moregrls.com.br) categorizes talents according to creative field, skills, experience and city. It also tells you who is available for freelancing or willing to move for an opportunity. The launch campaign film was directed by Juliana Curi from Damasco Filmes and included an entire set made up of only women. Besides talking about the platform, it shows how this kind of gender inequality affects the whole society, not just the advertising industry. MORE GRLS also set up goals for different stakeholders: for agencies, the goal is to have 50% of women in creative departments by 2020; for journalists in specialized media, the mission is to interview at least one creative woman per issue; for recruiters, we recommend recruiting the same number of men and women for job opportunities; and finally, our special request to clients, the ones that will truly accelerate change: watch your agency closely and make sure that the 50/50 by 2020 goal was achieved. Next steps include mapping new creative fields, take the platform to other countries and use its data to inform the industry. As with every initiative that aims to generate impact, we know there’s a lot to be done. And MORE GRLS is the first step.

ING doesn’t like being JUST a bank. They believe in the next generation of banking. A bank that doesn’t look or feel like a bank. One that believes in life. In a life well spent, not a life full of spending. One that empowers you to transform your work – your blood and sweat - into the means to achieve the things that you want, and the experiences you wish for. Effortlessly and pain free. Through this campaign we visualize the every day lives, desires and needs of people for a life well spent. We don’t show a world where everything’s perfect, because that’s just not how life is. Life is full of small, imperfect moments – and more often than not they’re the times we reflect on fondly, and that drive us to strive for a better quality of life.
