BBH New York and Google Creative Lab have collaborated in creating a web film that feature a variety of experiments to test the speed of the Google Chrome browser. There are a whole set of real tests that Google do in benchmarking the performance of Chrome. And then there are these: three quirky and playful tests in which Google Chrome is pitted against some very fast things: lightning, sound, and an over-sized potato gun. Rather than try and tell Internet users how fast Google Chrome is, the film demonstrates speed through testing it.

So we brought together 6 cover artists who had previously posted on Youtube one of the most covered song in 2015: Uptown Funk. Along with Emoji, we created new versions of this Poo, that represents eye-detectable gastric cancer, so that when people were in the bathroom, they could perform a self-exam comparing their “poo” with this Poo, and send a photo through private message to get immediate help from a doctor. Part of a series of installations that depict the most unimaginable that could happen to a car. This mysteriously bisected car is the first of its kind to be seen on the roads in Singapore. Curious onlookers and drivers were directed to a QR code they could scan to find out what had happened to the car. Filmed from the perspective of an in-car camera, this is the first of three dramatised tongue-in-cheek videos of unexpected events caught on camera. The videos drive home a safety message to drivers, that with an in-car camera you can expect to see the unexpected. As a new creative player on the market whose majority of business is in online promotions, we wanted to seize the opportunity and introduce the agency but also popularize the QR code format which has been used quite rarely on the market so far. In order to make the story believable we based it on Croatian mentality: we like to brag that we’d invented many things, some of which is true, most is not. What if we found out that a grandma from a middle of Croatian nowhere had invented no less but – the QR code and named it Shiljur? When scanned, the QR code shown in the video leads to the NOA agency web page, where a visitor can get all the information about the agency in an equally funny and interesting way.
