We realized that beautiful scenery and landscapes can only attract so many viewers. So how could we make a webcam that everyone wanted to watch? After some digging we noticed there was a common trend with previous viral live streams—they were all pretty weird. Like a live stream of Shia Labeouf watching all of his movies, or a man live streaming his grass growing on his front lawn. It seemed the more strange and mundane a live stream sounded, the more shares it got. In an effort to create a strange live webcam of our own, we created Donair Cam. A 24 hour live stream of donair meat. Not only was it weird and seemingly boring, Nova Scotians are crazy about donairs. The result? Loads of people watched it and shared it. Donair Cam was viewed in 159 Countries with a total watch time of 22 years and had earned over 47 million global impressions—all in the first week. Urban sports are becoming an integral part of urban life. A dynamic and exciting release of energy for busy city residents. An intense lifestyle and a lack of an open spaces has forced people to look for alternative solutions. Sports enthusiasts are bringing old halls, abandoned squares and left-out spaces, back to life, giving them new meaning/purpose, often completely different from their original ones. Urban karting, golf, bowling or billiards have been used as spectacular and incredibly entertaining settings for the visual campaign for HMD Global, an exclusive distributor of Nokia smartphones. Go-kart racing or urban rooftop golf have become great canvas's for the films and photos of this campaign. They show how amazingly the Nokia phones work under dynamic conditions and how the functions of a Nokia phone can be used by town dwelling adrenaline junkies. I Still Remain is a film that inspects and explores the inner workings, insights and inspirations of a man driven and informed by two fights with cancer. Written by Braulio Fonseca, directed by Jason Lindsey, and edited by Sai Selvarajan, I Still Remain, blends poetic introspection with cinematic observation to reveal a moving portrait of how serious illness carries intense emotional impact, and the transformative power in healing the mind, body and spirit. Lindsay was inspired to help Fonseca tell his story: how the psychological element was vital in living more fully, even while threatened by the ravages of illness. The director was determined to bring Fonsecas evocative, lyrical language to the screen. As he explains, Braulios writing mines an emotional journey we do not often see in the fight with cancer. We wanted to craft the message with an aesthetic that would translate the depths of his healing process to hopefully reach those looking for hope and restoration. Honoring the story with immersive and rhythmic visuals, Lindsay captures both intimate and expansive moments that reveal Fonsecas resurgence. From the purifying blank page of icy blue water to the worn decay of photographed graffitied walls, and the calloused skin of times toll. An admirer of Sai Selvarajans body of work, Lindsay approached the editor to shape a story that would blend voice and visuals, poetry and purpose. For Selvarajan, the challenge was met with passionate determination to uncover the universal and the personal, in a message aimed to inspire and connect. We wanted to capture the interior space of a cancer survivor and create a unique marriage of art and why, comments Selvarajan. Cancer, unfortunately, is something that most people have a personal experience with directly or indirectly. I was honored to be able to collaborate with Jason on this film, and I hope people are encouraged by Braulios story.

Have you ever found yourself on an incredibly beautiful and winding mountain road with bends that invite you to drive impetuously so that you may dominate them? No, it hasn't happened to us either. This is the concept underlying the film “Italjet – The answer”, which aims to serve as an impetus for reflection on everyone's true experience regarding the daily relationship with our cars: traffic, fines and tax deadlines. Likefriends is a global creative agency based in Amsterdam. We believe people’s attention should be treated with respect and can only be earned with empathy. That’s why, in everything we do, we strive to produce work that forges long lasting relationships. It forces us to rethink how brands and people interact, and advocate for communication that adds value to people and the culture they inhabit. This year for Christmas we decided to make things personal. Santa may be able to travel the globe in one single night, but if we want to personally wish our global clients, partners and other friends happy holidays, we'll have to bring them to us. So we did. Overnight we turned our office into a complete xmas workshop, and developed a live video-dial-in connection for our friends. We sang and danced with hundreds of our best friends, wishing them a merry xmas and a happy new year. For those who've we missed we created an after movie, wishing happy holidays to all! After a great first year, we wanted to do something special for our clients. But we didn’t want to just send out a typical agency christmas card and call it day. So, we decided to prank them. Using some old stuff we had laying around the office we set up a gift shop on our website. Then, we created our own gift cards, each with a unique code and link to the gift shop. We mailed them to our clients to redeem for a selection of “awesome” gifts. When they eventually settled on one of these lame gifts and reluctantly added it to their cart they were pleasantly surprised. It was actually an Amazon gift card, and the unique code on the back allowed them to get any gift they wanted.
