The Snow Fox is a wintry tale of a young child who adventures through the forest with a newfound furry friend in search of his/her mother. But this is no ordinary story. The Snow Fox is powered by words. As the child reads, the story animates. When a sentence is finished, the story automatically transitions to the next scene. Word by word the story comes to life, bringing an element of magic to special bedtime story bonding moments between parent and child. Using the latest SiriKit to turn voice into a reading gesture—a mobile first—The Snow Fox gives new life to the oldest form of story while transforming how we incentivize our children to learn. At the end of The Snow Fox, children can create a short memento of their narration to share with family and friends. Pre-roll ads edited in real time to match all the viewer’s online behaviors, likes and interests. In the time it takes to load pre-roll, MatchMaker analyzes millions of data points about the viewer — that they stream country music, make dinner reservations at steak houses, subscribe to outdoor magazine and much, much more. Then it scans a matrix of hundreds of video clips of Tennessee activities to find matches, editing a commercial perfectly aligned to their interests in real time. So rather than seeing a tourism ad that tries to appeal to everyone, viewers saw a custom commercial created just for them. The geo-targeting filter even ensured the attractions shown were within driving distance of the viewer’s home. Viewers could then explore the attractions featured in each scene of their vacation on Tennessee’s website. So they could plan their real trip to Tennessee and share it with others. This December, 32 young women stood in the heart of New York’s holiday festivities and performed a new take on the holiday classic, “Silent Night.” As people gathered for their performance in front of the Lotte New York Palace Hotel, they realized that the words to the familiar song had been changed with lyrics describing the pain and fear of those trapped in conflict areas around the world, and the hope and relief that can be provided by humanitarian aid. The performance has been turned into a docu-style video now available on social media, with the goal of raising funds for the United Nations Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF.) About 100 years ago Bacon, Texas lost its location on the map when the local post office closed. Now it’s up to Church’s Chicken and fans of bacon everywhere, to make Bacon, Texas official again. As part of the campaign activation, Church’s hit the road to spread the word of their mission, first stopping at the original location of Bacon, Texas and then onto San Antonio, where the iconic fast-food chain was founded, to hand out their new Texas Cut Bacon Chicken Sandwich and launch an official petition to put Bacon back on the map in the state of Texas. “This isn’t about more battles in the chicken sandwich war, this is about bacon and Texas. And Bacon, Texas,” said Jared Kozel, Executive Creative Director at Wunderman Thompson Atlanta. “We wanted to stay true to the Church’s brand and focus on the roots of the flavors behind their new limited time offering. To us, this delicious chicken sandwich and it’s Texas Cut bacon puts bacon back on the map in Texas figuratively. With this creative activation, it’s our goal to try and do it literally as well.” Film advertisement created by Wunderman Thompson Atlanta, United States for Church’s Chicken, within the category: Food.
