BBDO Guerrero developed a campaign for Snickers that saw the brand hijack the World Cup finals with the Wrong World Finals. On July 15, the world tuned into the biggest sport event of the year. Snickers wanted to join the celebration but if you aren’t an official sponsor, you can’t mention “World Cup”. So instead, Snickers launched The Wrong World Finals; a social media campaign that features all the matches you might confuse with the big one—a mistake likely made when you are hungry. The campaign launched with a series of posters on social media and was brought to life offline in crowded sports bars around the country. So whether you were #TeamFrance or #TeamCroatia, Snickers made sure you weren’t #TeamHungry. To promote their exhibition stand at the Franfurt Book Fair, Eichborn the publisher with the fly prepared 200 flies with an ultra light banner. The banner was attached with natural wax. This is a bold and important campaign containing 10 statements delivered by 10 brilliant and edgy women – Kiran Gandhi, Karley Sciortino, Rita Popova and many more. It's OK to masturbate (we all do it). It should be ok to be gay or transgender. It´s NORMAL (painful and messy) to have your period. It´s OK to be a drama queen. The campaign boosts Monki's target audience to believe in themselves and to go their own way. Our deliverables contain communication concept, creative direction in collaboration with Monki and photo and film production. We took the content; the ambassadors and the statements and made them the actual visual language for the campaign. Creating all the set design and typography by hand on banners, flags, and signs.
