The new Heineken UEFA Champions League campaign shows a UCL match as a blockbuster show worth watching. It is an unpredictable story that is written live by the best players in the world. A show like this deserves to be shared amongst friends and with beer (Heineken, of course). For this reason, it shows that any moment, in any match, can unleash the same emotions of a great movie. It takes a specific moment of real footage from a UEFA Champions League match and extends it into a cinematic scene, to emphasize all of its tension and drama. Film advertisement created by Publicis, Italy for Heineken, within the category: Alcoholic Drinks.

Electric vehicles are barely heard, yet they make a huge difference. In this commercial, Swedish power company Skellefteå Kraft celebrates all electric car owners, for driving society towards sustainability by breaking old patterns. This “silent revolution” becomes extra significant and sympathetic when it’s reflected on kids playing in a sandbox. Plano de Menina (Girl's Plan), a social initiative whose goal is to give a voice and opportunities to underprivileged girls throughout Brazil, offering courses and workshops on financial education, entrepreneurship, career building, self-esteem, law, citizenship, and other subjects, created the #EqualPay movement in partnership with BETC/Havas, in order to call on public institutions, employers and society at large to reflect on and promote positive initiatives that contribute to making equal pay between men and women a reality. Research shows that for women to earn the same as men, they need to begin their professional life 10 years earlier. The unfairness of this situation is evidenced through the character Heloisa Teodoro, a 10-year-old Plano de Menina student. In the campaign, the girl questions recruiters from various companies about male privilege and asks: "Do you think that's fair?" The recruiters are left speechless when challenged by a girl who, together with thousands of other Plano de Menina girls, started the #EqualPay movement seeking to secure the same rights and equal pay for women, calling on all Brazilians to unite to make this future possible, so that women can enter the job market at the right time and receive the same salaries and opportunities as men. Watermarks for Water, which launched on the same day as World Water Day (3/22), aims to help raise awareness and funds for the global water crisis by transforming the iconic Getty Images watermark. The Watermarks for Water collection is comprised of more than 300 images, shot by some of the world’s best photographers, that highlight the plight of (the lack of) clean drinking water. Getty also launched a special microsite (www.watermarksforwater.com), and each time an image from that collection is licensed, the iconic Getty watermark is removed and 10% of proceeds go directly to charity: water, an organization that brings clean and safe drinking water to people in developing countries. Building on the company’s mission that it can move the world through photography, Getty Images’ site now features a beautifully moving and inspirational video, created by FCB Chicago, that educates consumers on the power of an image and the water issues we face today. Film advertisement created by FCB, United States for Getty Images, within the category: Professional Services.

Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade (MoCAB) has been closed to the public since 2007 due to reconstruction of the main exhibition building, which created a wave of public discontent. In order to turn things around, we launched free augmented reality app “msu ARt”, turning billboards, posters, and print ads in 15 Serbian cities into works of art from distinguished MoCAB collections. To make the world’s largest virtual exhibition of all time and art available to almost every citizen, we gathered the biggest Serbian advertisers: Telekom Serbia, Ahold Delhaize, Halkbank, Bambi, Coca-Cola, Schweppes, Fanta, BMW, Honda, Mini, Tommy Hilfiger, Replay, Diesel, Liu Jo, and Raiffeisen bank. Digital advertisement created by McCann, Serbia for Museum of Contemporary Art Belgrade, within the category: Recreation, Leisure.
