Every year, around 140 people lose their lives at the UK and Irish coasts. This year in particular, owing to international travel restrictions and a greater reluctance to holiday abroad, we expect millions more people to visit the coast between May and September. The RNLI has teamed up with independent creative and production agency Five by Five to ensure these families keep safe when visiting the coast - using an animated sing-along PSA. Rusty, a 100-year-old landmark water tower, proudly sits on the roof of Minneapolis-based advertising agency, Carmichael Lynch. The agency utilized this ubiquitous yet often-ignored city element as a way to project public art to the community. This year they partnered with the Minneapolis College of Art and Design to create a new loop of mapping projections. KFC understands the paramount importance of culture, tradition, and the focus on family and going back to your roots during Chinese New Year celebrations. This is why this content driven domination campaign in partnership with the National Museum of China was such a success. KFC together with National Museum of China and STDecaux transformed Xujiahui Station in Shanghai metro into a mini-museum with replica exhibits displayed inside customized columns. Commuters enjoyed taking a short break from their routine to learn something new. Meanwhile, a giant digital display animated the famous painting of the Lantern Festival parade from the Ming Dynasty. Passers-by scanned the QR code to learn more about the lanterns and play games.

Greeks are very confident of the sunny weather they enjoy all year long. In fact they are so confident, that the nation's largest air carrier, Aegean Airlines, installed a live weather broadcast in Berlin, in the middle of Sony Center and promised Germans to fly them to Greece half price, if the weather in Greece got cloudy. The billboard broadcasted live in the first week of May, streaming the weather of Athens and Paros island from dawn till sunset. The live stream gathered a lot of curious passersby who stayed and enjoyed the greek sunny view while wishing for a cloud to appear. Throughout those days, the weather in Greece did justice to the airline's promise, with a lot of sun and high temperatures that kept people waiting and waiting. Until the third day, that suddenly a cloud appeared in Paros island’s sky, instantly activating a 50% discount for Berliners, who rushed to book their flights to Greece. The live stream was also available live on Youtube in order to help the rest of German residents win holidays to Greece. What happens when you mix a thousand year old craft with modern technology? This was the question the young danish ceramics brand TORTUS COPENHAGEN asked as it seeked new ways to convey the values of hand-made craftsmanship to a broader audience. The Idea: the reinvention of the (potter’s) wheel. We created a short film capturing handwork in a fully new perpective. With the use of modern technology already widely used in the area of x-treme sports, we captured something quite different; a piece of clay being shaped by the hand at hundreds of rotations per minute. The new angle: the world revolves around the growing form like in the eye of a tornado. From a piece of earth to a stunning vase, this created a never before seen and beautiful perspective of the making process that transcend the somewhat antiquated notions about the artform.
