The Scania Driver Competitions is a global competition engaging more than 40 markets to participate in finding the most skilled driver every other year. Shoppie.sk is an slovak electronics eshop. It wanted to create a sales promotion and motivate people to change their old electronics for new one. Since shoppie.sk considers appliances as living beings in their brand communication, we decided, that we have to reward each old appliance for his duties. We created a microsite where people could register their old appliances, get a voucher for new one. Every week we chose a winner and rewarded his appliance with and awesome experience. In a month we gained 1 milion unique users in Facebook viral reach (videos and campaign posts), 100,000 website visits and 7400 old appliances with their stories. We revealed the artists booked for this year's Popaganda festival through a live music quiz and invited fans and music journalists to figure out the whole lineup themselves. Three bands performed cover versions of songs by the artists booked. For every song, the first person who tweeted the correct artist name and tagged it #popa13 won a ticket to the festival. News of the bookings spread for every guess tweeted. Soon, #popa13 trended giving proof to our insight that if there's anything indie music fans love even more than music – it's showing off their superior knowledge of it.
