1 facebook post. 1mom. 1 newborn. Over 1 million exposures in less than 1 week. Instead of going with traditional media, Huggies decided to touch ONE random mother, and give her an experience that EVERYONE will be talking about. This is how we did it: We asked our fans on our facebook page if they know of a soon to be mom. We made a list of all the names we got, and followed them on facebook until the first one gave birth. Then the big surprise happened. We wanted moms to know about Huggies Newborn diapers, the baby's FIRST diaper. Because every first moment is important. So we decided to strike on their FIRST moment outside the hospital. The ride home. A limousine turned into a nursery, waited outside the hospital to give her and her new born baby their first ride home together. The ride was accompanied with surprises all the way home. Giant billboards greeted her, people on the street held signs. Even the street signs were customized into baby signs and greetings from her friends and family were sent straight to the limo. And when she got home, another big surprise waited for her. The whole ride was filmed, and the video got over 1 million exposures within 1 week. The spot is part of a larger brand campaign for the Dutch Railways, and is aimed to champion the freedom of public transport. The Dutch railways are the most heavily used railway network in Europe and part of an extremely efficient, fast and comfortable network of public transport that includes buses, trams, rental bikes and a wide range of other modes of transportation. As traffic around major cities continued to congest over the last decades, the Dutch invested heavily in connecting different modes of public transport. And with great success; public transport in the Netherlands offers a hassle-free alternative for people to go anywhere they want. With a new brand campaign, the Dutch Railways aims to champion this freedom of mobility. Created by N=5, the campaign means to inspire travelers and prove that public transport can take you anywhere you want. In the campaign’s main TV spot, we follow two girls’ separate journey. As one girl’s plans change, we see them constantly bumping into each other, only to eventually meet each other in a romantic twist of events. The spot is musically supported by Aretha Franklin’s A Natural Woman. As part of the new campaign, the Dutch Railways will also introduce a special public transport subscription (NS Flex) that offers a variety of options and which can be changed on the go, further supporting it’s promise of giving more freedom to travelers. To prove that Hellmann's goes with anything, Ogilvy Brazil created the Food Slot. In supermarkets chains, grocery stores and bars around Brazil, consumers are being invited to pull the lever of a slot machine that randomly combines different ingredients in the display. For each one of the random 280 combinations the machine gives the shoppers a collectible recipe and a hot and fresh delicious food sample made with the real mayonnaise. From Lasagna to Beef Ragout, from Wrap Ratattouile to Spicy Burritos, the most unexpected meals made with Hellmann's were included in the game "menu", to guarantee that every time the shoppers play, the experience would be different. Four months of research and development were necessary to guarantee both the perfect system and quality of the food, a mission taken by the Unilever's head chefs and the engineers and tech team of the production company, Hungry Man Projects.
