To launch the Ticketland mobile app in St. Petersburg we introduced the first ever Instagram theatrical show. We found Instagramers from St. Petersburg, who posted photos of theatre life. They received likes, making up the well-known scenes from famous plays. In the Instagram accounts of any of those monolog lines, one could test their knowledge of the play and win a promo code. KFC understands the paramount importance of culture, tradition, and the focus on family and going back to your roots during Chinese New Year celebrations. This is why this content driven domination campaign in partnership with the National Museum of China was such a success. KFC together with National Museum of China and STDecaux transformed Xujiahui Station in Shanghai metro into a mini-museum with replica exhibits displayed inside customized columns. Commuters enjoyed taking a short break from their routine to learn something new. Meanwhile, a giant digital display animated the famous painting of the Lantern Festival parade from the Ming Dynasty. Passers-by scanned the QR code to learn more about the lanterns and play games.

At CES 2019 in Las Vegas, the United States Postal Service showed off the Connected Mailbox, a device that tells you when the mail is in and a whole lot more. First of all, this device is a prototype. USPS is still looking for a hardware partner to get this thing made, so none of the features are final. I say this because the one I saw seems to do everything, and sometimes stuff like that doesn't make it into the final production unit. The obvious thing you can do is get an alert when the mail arrives. But it's also connected to Google Assistant and/or Amazon Alexa, so you can have your Philips Hue lights turn a certain color when the mail arrives. You can also set up a camera to record people getting the mail. That way, if someone tampers with your mail, you'll be able to see it. One of the things that USPS was pushing at CES was its Informed Delivery service, which already works. This is a service that will send you an email every morning with your scanned mail items, so you can already see what you're going to receive. If you see something particularly exciting, you might be outside checking the mail multiple times a day. But the cool thing is that with the Connected Mailbox, you can now be alerted when that item actually arrives.
