Research showed that only 9% of Golden Chick customers were first timers – meaning trial was successful at creating loyalty. And no wonder – Golden Chick’s superior quality in the QSR chicken category was obvious, as one of the few brands growing in a competitive market. To keep growth on the climb, we knew we needed to generate more trial. What better way to do that than to capture real, authentic reactions to those first-bite moments? So we took to the Golden Chick trailer to streets to sample real menu items for real people, and the results were pretty darn tasty.
